Rates & Policies

    * High-Season, Holidays & Special events:   $140.00 per night. Multiple nights (excluding weekends) $130.00.

    * Lo-season (Oct.-April) $120.00 per night.  Multiple nights (excluding weekends) $110.00.

    * Turret Suite reservations for Fri. & Sat. require a two-night minimum. This includes the Gables Room on Holiday weekends.

    * Rates are based on double occupancy. Local lodging tax (9.5%). Oregon State tax (1%).

    * Reservations: Reservations are recommended 1 to 4 weeks in advance. Call (541) 574-0986.

    * Email: Click here to email us. The first night's deposit is required to make your reservation.  Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and cash accepted.

    * Check-In:  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m.  If you are going to arrive late please call so we can make appropriate arrangements.

    * Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 1 week prior to scheduled arrival.  If we receive less than 1 weeks notice, you will be responsible for each night of your stay that we are unable to re-book.

    * Restrictions: No smoking. Facilities not suitable for children. No pets.

    * Breakfast: Breakfast is served in our coffeehouse & bakery where you have a choice of one of our many fresh baked pastries and expertly made espresso drinks, served together with fresh seasonal fruit and a delicious piece of quiche. ***Special dietary requests should be made at the time of reservation.

    * Recreation & Activities: 1 block to Nye Beach - romantic walks, kite flying, tidepooling; fishing and whale watching; State Parks hiking and bicycle trails; golf.

    * Attractions & Special Events: Lighthouses, Newport Aquarium, Performing Arts Center, Nye Beach shops, and historic Bayfront attractions.  February-Newport's Seafood and Wine Festival.

    * Recommended Local Restaurants: check our selection of menus from the best restaurants in Newport.

    * Gift Certificates:  Available by phone or come into the coffee shop.
