Whether you are taking a romantic break, on vacation or in town for business, Green Gables Bed & Breakfast is the perfect adult getaway. Green Gables is a warm and friendly Victorian-style home one block from the Pacific Ocean and one of the most beautiful stretches of sandy beach on the Oregon coast. We are within easy walking distance to shops, galleries and fine dining. Our next door neighbor is the Newport Performing Arts Center, a great place to take in a play or movie. Both our guest rooms have queen beds with down comforters, cable TV, DVD/VCR player, refrigerator, microwave and private bath with a two-person whirlpool tub. Enjoy the cozy warmth of a fireplace in the common area of the cafe where you can read a good book or just enjoy the weather - sunshine or winter storm. Popcorn, teas, coffee and cocoa are provided in your room. Breakfast is served downstairs in our coffeehouse & bakery where you have a choice of one of our many fresh baked pastries and expertly made espresso drinks, served together with a delicious piece of quiche. Best espresso drinks on the coast!  We also feature Wicked Wix West candles - hand poured candles made with natural and organic materials in a variety of colors & scents!  You can't find a better combination than warm accommodations, good food, great coffee and a good book to make your stay at the Oregon Coast the most memorable experience ever!
